**Step 1: Start the Quest**

Initiate the quest by speaking with Xudong near Katerin in Inazuma City. He will express his lack of inspiration and request your assistance to consult Chef Mao at Wanmin Restaurant in Liyue.

**Step 2: Consult Chef Mao**

Travel to Wanmin Restaurant and engage in conversation with Chef Mao. He will mention that Xiao Ling might be able to help solve the problem.

*(Note: Finding Xiao Ling is a hint for an achievement, so keep that in mind)*

**Step 3: Xiao Ling's Assistance**

Towards the end of the conversation, Mao will mention needing Jueyun Chilli and Poultry Meat. However, avoid submitting these materials and instead seek out Xiao Ling, going against the quest instructions.

**Step 4: Meet Xiao Ling**

After the conversation, you will receive Xiao Ling's handwritten recipe notebook.

**Step 6: Deliver the Notebook**

Return to Inazuma City and present the notebook to Xudong.

**Step 7: Complete the Quest and Achieve Rewards**

Upon completing the conversation, the quest will be finished, rewarding you with 10 Primogems. Additionally, you will earn the achievement 'Plop, Why Is It Always Plop?' (5 Primogems).
