Where Winds Meet: Open-World Martial Arts RPG Confirmed for PS5 Release

Developed by Chinese team Everstone Games and published by NetEase Games, the action RPG "Where Winds Meet" will be launching on PC, consoles, and mobile platforms starting from July 26th. The closed beta test (CBT) begins today, May 31st. During today’s "State of Play" broadcast, it was also announced that a PS5 version is in development.

"Where Winds Meet" is set during the turbulent Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, spanning from the late Tang Dynasty to the early Northern Song Dynasty. Players will take on the role of the protagonist, investigating their mysterious origins and finding their place in a war-torn world. The game features rich martial arts elements, including iconic moves like running on water, enabling players to explore and traverse the map. Combat is highly dynamic, requiring players to read enemy actions and respond with real-time combat maneuvers, adding excitement and depth to battles.

Beyond its action-packed gameplay, the game offers various professions such as merchant and doctor, allowing players to choose their path. Players can also expand their exploration range by horseback riding. Interested players can experience the game’s unique martial arts features by participating in the CBT starting today.
