Wuthering Waves: Tips for Completing the Deep Plunge Fantasia

Tips:

1. Difficulty 5 Strategy

Currently, for Difficulty 5, focus mainly on Yangyang. Go for a basic attack build, don't worry about maxing out all skills. Just grab a few survival skills to unlock Skill 2 and Skill 3. Keep enhancing your own skills continuously. At the start, prioritize enhancing your two initial skills, then take as many Flying Dagger skills as possible. Other damage-increasing skills are also beneficial. Avoid taking skills that reduce special energy gain, as lacking energy severely reduces damage output. After maxing out self-enhancement, prioritize fire skills. Ice survival skills are also useful, especially against the infinite ground lightning in the final boss's third phase, where dodging becomes difficult.

2. Trial Characters

In the beginning, try out Yangyang, Baizhi, and Tao. This can also help you complete some achievement tasks related to activating skills.

3. Character Strengths

Baizhi is strong on Difficulty 3, particularly with several enhanced skills, although her damage output depends on the environmental conditions. Yangyang performs consistently well across difficulties. For Difficulty 4, prioritize one enhanced skill with Baizhi, and pairing her with a fire mount can help boost damage. Tao excels in self-protection with invincibility; however, she may struggle with time-limited challenges. I'm not sure about the strength of Jiyen, as I used it only in the first stage, which was fun but not very useful without achievements.

Difficulty Levels of Various Tasks:

1) Most Difficult: Difficulty 4 in Blaze. Although my character was level 40 with a +1 level 3-star weapon, I consistently struggled, especially against the second boss, the Crownless. Early on, it's tough, and you really need the Linzhong Jiaoyang to deal damage. Start with two self-enhancement skills and one that boosts explosion damage, relying heavily on evasion. Currently, the second skill seems to have a bug; according to the description, it should have bullets after pressing the middle point of the resonance for a long time, but it doesn't. Overall, Blaze heavily relies on long-press resonance combined with Linzhong Jiaoyang, which makes it quite challenging.

2) Second Most Difficult: Difficulty 4 in Crownless. Dealing damage with the Crownless's skills is almost impossible, so it's best to ignore them and focus on the invincible Diffraction protagonist. Just spam fire and ice attacks, and once you have all three specialties, it's an easy win.
