Pokemon | Creates Mega Evolution for Ledian
A skilled Pokemon enthusiast has recently developed a Mega Evolution for Ledian。 Mega Evolutions are quite popular within the Pokemon community, with 48 official evolutions featured in the games and numerous fan art pieces inspired by them。 Ledian is an insect-like Bug/Flying-type creature originally introduced in the second generation of Pokemon games。 It evolves from the small Ledyba at Level 18 and learns powerful moves such as Bug Buzz, Air Slash, and Double-Edge at higher levels。
An imaginative Pokemon fan has created their own designs for adorable baby forms of two famous Generation 2 Legendary Beasts, Suicune and Raikou。 Now, a prolific Pokemon fan artist named Matratzfratz has revealed their latest creation: a Mega Evolution for Ledian。 Instead of retaining the same type as the original creature, this special evolution is a Bug/Fighter-type, completely altering the concept of a slender, agile ladybug to one that is more physically robust – which is also reflected in the artwork。 Mega Ledian maintains its predecessor's colors and overall shape but distinguishes itself with new yellow spots on its body and two boxing gloves adorned with stars。
Matratzfratz frequently designs new Mega Evolutions; last month, for instance, they crafted fan art depicting a Mega Evolution for Forretress。 This design stood out because it took Forretress' original fortress-inspired design to another level - portraying the Grass/Steel-type Pokemon using a medieval castle as armor while featuring more realistic-looking cannons。
Another remarkable piece shared by Matratzfratz was a recent Mega Evolution for Sudowoodo。 The artist decided to create an alternative version of Sudowoodo inspired by Madagascar's rare giant baobab tree resulting in an evolved form resembling this unique tree while still maintaining characteristics typical of Gen 2 critters。
