Uniques should be allowed access to one tempered affix in Diablo 4

With how strong tempered affixes are, I find it really difficult to ever justify using unique. Barring some integral uniques like tempest roar, I feel it is is difficult to equip 90% of uniques for how often they fall short of legendary items with double tempered affixes. I feel just one tempered affix would be justifiable in terms of balance and actually encourage incorporating these uniques into builds. As of rn they cost is just too large 90% of the time to justify using most uniques.
