1. How to Get Sandscorched Shackles

- The only method to acquire Sandscorched Shackles is by defeating Lord Zir in World Tier 4: Torment difficulty.

- Please note that the drop rate of Sandscorched Shackles is not guaranteed, and you may need to defeat Lord Zir multiple times to obtain the material.

2. Summoning Lord Zir

- Lord Zir can be summoned by acquiring Exquisite Blood from Legion and World Boss events in World Tier 4.

3. How to Use Sandscorched Shackles

- Offer Sandscorched Shackles in the Altar of Anguish, located inside the Hanged Man's Hall dungeon.

- You'll need 2x Sandscorched Shackles and 2x Pincushioned Dolls to summon and fight Andariel.

4. Summoning Tormented Andariel

- If summoning the Tormented version of Andariel, you'll require additional materials, including 3x Stygian Stones, to complete the ritual.

- Tormented Andariel is significantly stronger than the standard version and poses a greater challenge.
