Break the fourth wall! Full hand drawn Metroid Prime Castlevania game ＂Demon Bones＂ officially released

Astrolabe Games has announced that their new game in the vein of Metroidvania classics, "Morkull Ragast's Rage," is now officially unveiled today, with plans to launch on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S!


The debut trailer for "Morkull Ragast's Rage" is now live, and the Steam page along with a free demo is available for players to add to their wishlists.

Developed by Disaster Games, "Morkull Ragast's Rage" is a Metroidvania-style game where players take control of "Morkull," the master of darkness and death, trapped within the game's world by the developers themselves. You will guide Morkull to break the fourth wall and help him achieve his ambitions!

In this game, you assume the role of "Morkull," a major antagonist who is aware of being controlled by someone behind the fourth wall - that's you, dear player. He also knows he's just a created game character - yes, we did that.

Your mission is to help Morkull escape the world known as "Ragast" so he can extend his evil influence throughout the entire world. That's right... a stereotypical super villain.

Crafted Combat System with Rich Skills and Combos

Throughout the game, you'll gradually unlock all of Morkull's powers. From air dashes to uppercuts and charged slashes... cleverly combine active and passive abilities to unleash stunning combos and dominate Ragast!

Hand-Drawn Environments and Animations

All the scenery and character animations in "Morkull Ragast's Rage" are meticulously hand-drawn frame by frame. Just like classic animations from the 20th century, the team aims to imbue the characters with a familiar yet lifelike animation style.


As a witty and humorous antagonist, Morkull will frequently engage you in conversation. Expect dry humor, crude jokes, and references to pop culture. You're bound to fall for this affable villain character and this somewhat unique game!
