How to Beat the Divine Prince on Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown

In Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, many players are unsure of how to defeat the Divine Prince on the Lost Crown level. Today, we have prepared a guide to help give some advice on how to conquer this challenging boss.

Before starting the fight, the game will warn you about a point of no return. This will temporarily lock you out of the rest of the story, but you will still be able to freely roam and return to any areas later, so don't worry.

The final boss battle once again pits you against Vahram. This time, he becomes even stronger and is a significantly larger enemy. Some of his attacks can greatly deplete your health. The fight has four stages, so it's important to prepare as much as possible before facing him and ensure that your abilities, health upgrades, and weapon setups match your playstyle. Even on Easy mode, this boss can still be quite challenging.

Stage 1:

Vahram starts off in the air since he now has wings. He will shoot fireballs, fire beams, and arrows at you. Jump and shoot arrows at him when you have the chance, and use your sword to hit him whenever you get close enough. He will eventually sit in the middle of the screen inside a polygon sphere just above the ground. You need to quickly smash it to free him from within, while also avoiding the energy rings he shoots at you. Rinse and repeat this cycle until you deplete all his health.

Stage 2:

Now Vahram wields a sword and starts attacking with quick swings and fast strikes. Try to dodge, block, and counterattack with your own strikes. He will teleport a lot, so be mindful of that and maintain aggression by using both arrows and sword strikes. Defeat him and prepare for the next stage.

Stage 3:

In the third stage of the battle, Vahram appears on both sides of the screen. He shoots fireballs from both sides. Once you evade these and deal some damage, two anchor points will appear on the screen, and Vahram will hover between them. You need to use your Time Fabric ability (R1) to latch onto them and attack Vahram whenever possible, trying to avoid the moving yellow spheres he creates around himself. They will home in on you, so quickly get away from them.

The next attack sequence consists of Vahram spawning shadows that drop down like shards, dealing damage upon impact. Quickly move to one side of the screen where Vahram is and jump up to attack him rapidly. Then, he will teleport and drop these shadows one by one from the center of the screen. Dodge them and continue the fight with Vahram. Rinse and repeat this process until his health is fully depleted, while avoiding his charging attacks and laser beam projectiles.

Stage 4:

Shortly after the cutscene, the final part of the battle becomes intense as Vahram combines all the attacks you encountered in the previous three stages. Fortunately, you are now faster and stronger, and should be able to defeat him more quickly than in the earlier stages while being familiar with his attacks. Similarly, like before, try to dodge the laser projectiles, screen charges, and shadow attacks.
