Genshin Impact: Overview of Charlotte's Abilities
In the game Genshin Impact, Charlotte's abilities are as follows:
1. Normal Attack - Cold Photography Law
Charlotte uses her special camera, Mr. Warmonger, to take up to three attacks that deal Cryo damage. Each attack has a chance to release a Breath of Salmo, which deals AoE Cryo damage.
2. Elemental Skill - Snapshot: Frostbiting Affair
Charlotte uses her photography skills to create different effects based on tapping or holding the skill button.
- Tap: Charlotte quickly takes a snapshot, dealing AoE Cryo damage to enemies in front of her and applying Instantaneous Shadows to up to 5 enemies. Instantaneous Shadows periodically deal Cryo damage during its duration.
- Hold: Charlotte opens Mr. Warmonger's viewfinder, entering a framing state. During this state, Charlotte can move and change her direction.
When the hold ends, Mr. Warmonger deals Cryo damage to enemies within the viewfinder and applies Instantaneous Shadows as well. If the skill is released after the viewfinder reaches its maximum size, it will instead apply Focused Impression, which deals higher damage over a longer duration and has increased cooldown.
3. Elemental Burst - Signature Mix
Charlotte conjures the signature of her newspaper, The Steambird, creating an area of Cryo damage and restoring HP for all characters in the party based on Charlotte's attack.
- During the duration, Mr. Warmonger periodically attacks nearby enemies, dealing Cryo damage.
- The HP restoration also scales with Charlotte's attack.
Talents:
1. Impressive Composure
When defeating an enemy affected by Focused Impression, the cooldown time of Snapshot: Frostbiting Affair is reduced by 2 seconds. This effect can occur up to 4 times in 12 seconds.
2. Diverse Investigations
For each other Maple Leaf character in the party, Charlotte gains a 5% healing bonus. For each non-Maple Leaf character, Charlotte gains a 5% Cryo damage bonus.
3. True-shot
When equipped with the Special Analysis Monocle in the inventory or quick access slot, Charlotte can activate a special zooming photography mode with Mr. Warmonger. In this mode, the hold effect of Snapshot: Frostbiting Affair is replaced with a special photo-taking mechanic.
