- Exchange all items using 3095 Permit Vouchers.

- Exit the interface after exchanging all items and receive the Consumer Society achievement.

2. Permit Restaurant:

- Teleport to Mingyun Village and head northwest on the map.

- Talk to Versey and choose What do you sell here?

- Exchange all items using 1465 Permit Vouchers.

3. Thank You for Your Patronage! (Any achievement)

- Talk to Bran nearby and say, Give me a Welfare Meal.

- (Actual duration: once daily limit)

- Open Inventory - Precious Items - Use the Welfare Meal.

- Go to the Fortune Slip - One More! (Just kidding).

- Immediately receive the Thank You for Your Patronage! achievement.
