1. Fischl V4 Changes:

- The name of the Elemental Skill has been changed.

- Removed the cooldown of Oz's Burst and increased the range of all animal defenses from 25m to 30m.

2. Xingqiu V4 Changes:

3. Fixes for Xiangling:
