Cleanse of Blue Fragment, Cleanse of Blue Shard, Cleanse of Blue Chunk, and Cleanse of Blue Gemstone can be obtained by defeating Pure Water Spirits or by crafting at the alchemy table.

Worn Tsuba, Shadowstrike Tsuba, and Famed Tsuba can be obtained by defeating Ronin enemies.

Forbidden Curse can be obtained by defeating Water Manifestation enemies of level 30 and above.
