1. Arrive at the target area: The three Spur Gears are located at the west, north, and southeast points respectively.
2. In the Hilichurl camp to the west, we can see a huge… um… Hilichurl statue? Climb to the top of its head to find an interaction point where you can submit the collected Spur Gear.
3. Spur Gear C location: Inside the Hilichurl camp to the west, smash everything. Open the chest to obtain Spur Gear C.
