Where to Find Crystal Marrow in Genshin Impact

Crystal Marrow is a local specialty only found within Inazuma in Genshin Impact. Unlike other rock that requires a Claymore or a Geo Element to break and collect, Crystal Marrow can be easily picked up without any unnecessary steps.

As of Genshin Impact 3.5, there are only two characters that require Crystal Marrow as Ascension materials; Aloy and Sayu. As for the Crystal Marrow locations, they are mainly found on the bones of the serpent, Orobashi.

Crystal Marrow Locations In Genshin Impact

More than 60 Crystal Marrows are gathered from the bones found on Yashiori Island and Tatarasuna. Concerning which character to use while exploring, Gorou is an excellent option since he possesses a Talent Passive that marks all of Inazuma’s special resources on the mini-map. Players can find the item scattered around the following Crystal Marrow farming route in Genshin Impact:

1. Tatarasuna.

2. Serpent’s Head and Jakotsu Mine.

3. Musoujin Gorge and Fort Fujitou.

Although the farming route provides more than 60 Crystal Marrows, it’s not enough to max out any characters in Genshin Impact. Since the Crystal Marrow needs 48 hours to respawn in Genshin Impact, consider visiting a friend’s world to collect the missing materials.

Tatarasuna

A total of 13 Crystal Marrows can be collected from Tatarasuna.

1. Head to the Teleport Waypoint north of Tatarasuna and walk southwest to cross a bridge where a Bake-Danuki is sitting.

2. Go left and collect two Crystal Marrows.

3. Turn northeast and look down to find four crystals.

4. Turn around to see five more Crystal Marrows.

5. Run west and pick up the material in Genshin Impact.

6. Walk south to find the remaining Crystal Marrow.

Serpent’s Head And Jakotsu Mine

Starting from the Jakotsu Mine Teleport Waypoint and following the serpent bones all the way to Serpent’s Head rewards Travelers with 32 Crystal Marrows.

1. Teleport to the Waypoint south of the Jakotsu Mine and go northwest and look up to find one Crystal Marrow.2

2. Fast travel to the Waypoint northeast of the Jakotsu Mine and glide down southeast to see the serpent’s bones.

3. Once players reach the end of the bones, climb the small hill and continue left.

4. Keep going left until Travelers arrive at the end of Serpent’s Head.

Musoujin Gorge And Fort Fujitou

It’s possible to collect 21 Crystal Marrows from the Orobashi’s bones found in Musoujin Gorge and Fort Fujitou.

Teleport to Momiji-Dyed Court Domain in Genshin Impact and follow the bone structure to the north while collecting crystals.

1. Head to the Statue of the Seven and glide north to find more Crystal Marrows along the great serpent bones.

2. Once players reach a village, run west to see the end of the spine where more Crystal Marrows can be found.
